At The Anasuya Edit, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and precision. As a made-to-order and limited-inventory brand, we follow a mindful return policy.
Returns
We currently do not offer returns on our products.
Each garment is quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only in case of:
• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong product received
To request an exchange:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images/videos highlighting the issue
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact
Once approved, exchanges will be processed for the same product or store credit (subject to availability).
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
• No returns or exchanges on custom-made or altered garments
• Slight variations in color, weave, or embroidery are part of handcrafted charm and not considered defects
Sale Items
• All discounted or sale items are final sale
• No returns or exchanges applicable
Shipping
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Exchange shipping (if approved) will be communicated separately
